Timing is belangrijk. Goede timing kan iets tot een succes maken. Vanmiddag had ik bij het Volkskrant Banen Event een workshop over diversiteit op de werkvloer. Een middag met als motto: “Steeds meer vrouwen, mensen met een dubbele cultuur, jongeren en ouderen bewegen zich op de arbeidsmarkt. Maar hoe gaan we in Nederland om met die diversiteit aan mensen op de arbeidsmarkt?” Opvallend genoeg was de workshop gepland als het een lunchprogramma voor HR mensen. En dat midden in de Ramadan.
