Gisteren zag ik op twitter een klein stukje van een discussie over kiezen voor winstmaximalisatie en kiezen voor liefde voor je klant. Wat mij betreft hebben we het dan in de huidige markt over een non-issue. Relaties met je klant zijn van levensbelang voor een organisatie. De relatie die je hebt, bepaald of een klant terugkomt. Het bepaald of een klant jou aan zijn vrienden aanraadt. Relaties worden meer en meer een kritieke factor voor klanten om wel of niet te kiezen voor een organisatie. En het onderhouden van een goede relatie hoeft niet veel te kosten. Er moet wel wat tijd aan besteed worden, maar een directe en persoonlijke omgang met je klanten geeft meer terug dan het kost.
